Frequently asked questions.
Do you accept male clients?
Of course! Personal colour analysis is still of great value for men, and I have developed male-oriented recommendations and mood boards to accompany the service, including suit and necktie/bowtie suggestions.
Do you accept non-binary clients?
Of course! All genders are welcome at Glo, no matter how you like to present. We offer a service with and without make-up consultation for you to choose from. If you have any questions about the session and its inclusions, feel free to contact me.
I’m worried personal colour analysis won’t work for my ethnicity/skin type.
Not to fear - I purposely underwent training in America to study multiple colour analysis systems (including Korean, Japanese and Western) to be able to cater for everyone regardless of skin tone and different cultural trends.
Will my season change over time/throughout the year? What if I tan?
No, as your season is dependent on your genetics. Similarly, you stay the same regardless of whether you tan/fake tan.
Do you offer online consultations?
Unfortunately no, all consultations are face-to-face as this is a MUST for accurate results. There are too many variables (e.g. type of camera used and lighting) to do an accurate assessment through photos or Zoom.
What if I don’t like my palette?
The great thing about palettes is that there are so many different colour possibilities, so you are bound to like some colours. The service is collaborative so I will provide you with suggestions to tailor your palette to your desired image.
For example, a lot of people like to wear black despite it not being in their palette - we can discuss things like this during the consultation.
Do you offer any services for groups of 4+ or events?
Yes, please use the contact form on my website or e-mail hello@glocolourandstyle.com.au to discuss your needs.
